Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve used Action Garage Door in the past and have always been happy with their technicians and work. For this visit, Kobe came out and was fantastic. He quickly confirmed that the springs were broken and guided me through my choices. He ended up fixing the spring problem in less than an hour during the very same visit. Another great experience with this company—highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. On August 27, 2026 I reached out to Action Garage and their representative Josh came by and assessed my garage door which the existing springs broke. He was thorough with his findings and explanation. He provided information on the different doors and springs and options that I have, did not pressure to sell their products. I went with Action garage to install new doors and springs. Their follow through is awesome, Katie reached back to me with information that my doors were in and to schedule the install which we did for 9/30/26. 2 days prior to the 30th Katie called to confirm installation and so on this day 9/30/26. Dane and Tristen arrived promptly as stated and immediately got to work. I would have to say that they both did a fantastic job and were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Overall I would highly recommend Action garage for their overall customer experience and great products.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. On a Friday at 6 PM, our garage door spring snapped! We called Action Garage Door, and they answered right away and were able to send someone out early the next morning. Such a relief!

Dawson was our technician, and he was amazing! He was knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything clearly. He gave us options and took great care of us. Our garage is now working perfectly!

Thank you so much, Dawson and Action Garage Door! You’re officially our go-to garage door company!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brad installed the new Liftmaster and ancillary equipment with diligence and care. He took the time to answer my questions, putting my mind at ease. I don’t understand the mechanics of the job, but I am satisfied with the result.
