I was having issues finding the proper bottom door seal for my garage door and (coincidentally?) got one of the cables to unspool. I'm very much a do it yourself guy (licensed contractor) and the service manager, I think Jeff, was very helpful. He got me an updated seal and mount as mine was nearly impossible to find any more, and told me that it was safer to re spool the cable in the up position where it got stuck. Overall I was very happy leaving there with a positive customer service experience and my garage door is working well and now has a good seal again.

I thought Dauson did an excellent job. He checked both garage doors, lubricated and cleaned, and we discussed options for the future. He was easy to talk to and gave recommendations. Well done!

I’ve used Action Garage Door in the past and have always been happy with their technicians and work. For this visit, Kobe came out and was fantastic. He quickly confirmed that the springs were broken and guided me through my choices. He ended up fixing the spring problem in less than an hour during the very same visit. Another great experience with this company—highly recommend!

On August 27, 2026 I reached out to Action Garage and their representative Josh came by and assessed my garage door which the existing springs broke. He was thorough with his findings and explanation. He provided information on the different doors and springs and options that I have, did not pressure to sell their products. I went with Action garage to install new doors and springs. Their follow through is awesome, Katie reached back to me with information that my doors were in and to schedule the install which we did for 9/30/26. 2 days prior to the 30th Katie called to confirm installation and so on this day 9/30/26. Dane and Tristen arrived promptly as stated and immediately got to work. I would have to say that they both did a fantastic job and were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Overall I would highly recommend Action garage for their overall customer experience and great products.
